Dear Ask The Doctor: I heard that,when having the Implanon contraceptive in,that you should not be using the Vibro Plate,is this true? I've been on it 4 times since i got the Implanon in 2 weeks ago.. Should i stop using the Vibro Plate? Dear Lynda: According to the company literature, I can find no evidence on restrictions of any type of exercises because of the use of implanon. Enjoy your vibro plate. |
