Dear Ask The Doctor: I have had a knee replacement, can I safely take both celebrex and tylenol extra strength at the same time? the celebrex doesn't seem to do much. Dear George: Yes, absolutely, you can do that, but I recommend take them after meals, so you minimize the side GI effects. In fact there are some medications to control pain that combine an anti inflammatory drug with an analgesic one. |
