Conflicting pregnancy test at home from doctors office

Dear Ask The Doctor: My girl friend took a pregnancy test that said positive but when she took a pee test at the doctors office it said negative trying to find which would be more accurate. also to mention she's on the depo shot but she was also on the Z-PAK when the store bought test said positive??

Dear Dylan: I would have to say the doctors office test is always more accurate than the home pregnancy tests. To put your mind at ease i would suggest paying one more trip to the doctors office.
