Dear Ask The Doctor: If I Am 1Week and 3Days Pregnant What Are The Symptoms If Any, And I Still Had My Period But It Was Less Than 5 Days. The Pregnancy Test Came Back Negative. Can I Be Pregnant? Dear Ke'onda: Early signs and symptoms of pregnancy usually are that of breast tenderness, loss on menstual cycle ie absent periods, increased frequency of urination, mood changes etc. If you have had your period then it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
