Dear Ask The Doctor: My menstruation stopped about a week ago, i did pregnant test and its positive, am expriencing pain in my varginal, is this normal?
Dear Ade: Pain in the vagina may be normal in pregnancy due to incresed blood circulation and the enlargement of the uterus causing stretching of the ligaments that hold it. If the pain does not go away, you may have to visit your doctor to do a urine test to rule out any infection. |
