Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi there, im 21 and i cant seem to get an erection. Me and my lady friend tried having intercourse for the first time the other night and i couldnt get it erect enough to penetrate. Also she sent me some pictures and she wanted one back, and i couldnt even get hard to take a picture. Im fine to get an erection when i dont need it, but when i need it, it wont get fully erect. what can i do about this? thanks. Dear Warren: Your best bet is to do some mental exercises. Sometimes getting an erection involves getting lots of focus. Maybe try and look at some porn or something to help you get in the mood. Hope this helps. |
