Breast Augmentation

Dear Ask The Doctor: I currently have breast implants. I would like to go smaller for comfort reasons. Can I have some of the saline removed from my implants to achieve this?

Dear Kelly: It is possible to have your breast implants reduced, though it may be more technical than simply removing some of the saline in the implants. Depending on how much smaller you would like your breast to be, your present implants may have to be removed all together and new implants inserted.
