Tanning pills for a fairly light skinned white male.

Dear Ask The Doctor: I am a fairly light skinned white male. I am going to the beach this summer and was going to start taking TANAMIN pills to help me get a tan quicker and easier. I do not know anything about this pill. I have 2 questions. First, is it safe ? and does it work ? Thanks Brian

Dear Brian: I would strongly advise not taking these pills as they are very unnecessary and can have some serious side affects. Your best bet is to just get a natural tan as in my opion even radiation from tanning beds do more harm to your body.
