Weird bumps from dog licking vagina

Dear Ask The Doctor: Well i was in the bath one night and i fell asleep. And while i was asleep my dog came in and started licking my vagina for about 10 minutes. Now i have like these weird bumps and sores around my bikini area. Ive had them for awhile cause i dont want to tell any one. Can u help?

Dear Kim: Your best bet is to make sure and go see the doctor in person just to make sure there are no infections around your vaginal area.
