He may not know he have chlamydia because the signs and symptoms of pain and fluid discharge don't show up right away, if they show up at all. Many people experience no signs and symptoms. There is a chance that his lab results come back negative especially if he used a condom, however since you have a diagnosis of Chlamydia it is recommended for you and for him to have treatment and avoid sexual contact until fully recovered. |
