Yes, it is still possible to contract Chlamydia this way, though a relatively small chance. Chlamydia is one of the fastidious organisms; it means they have specific requirements for survival. It requires viable cells to survive and it dies fast when outside a human host. If the vibrator used still has fresh body fluids on it, then there is a slim chance of acquiring it. If it were a shared razor, the chances are slimmer (since it will come in contact with skin) but a shared vibrator comes in contact with the vagina, which makes transmission more efficient.
