Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello, My boyfriend and I were messing around a couple days ago. He touched his penis before fingering me. Is there a way I could become pregnant from this? No ejaculation was involved, just pre-cum. What are the risks of this?

Dear Joy: Hello, I realize your concern about possible pregnancy.  There will be very little possibility of pregnancy by the way you described the sexual act especially if there was no true ejaculation.

Certainly, there might be a few sperms present in the pre ejaculation fluid enough to fertilize an egg, but usually the chances of these happening are decreased.
