Missed Period or Late Period After Taking Microgynon

Dear Ask The Doctor: For the past 2 weeks i have bern taking microgyn 30 so that i would npt come on my period. I stopped taking it on sunday and it is now wednesday and i still have not had my period. I have had sex before but always been protected using a condom. Should i be worried that im pregnant?

Dear Milly: Though it is unlikely that you may be pregnant, you will need to do a urine pregnancy test to see whether you are pregnant or not. Remember to do the test on the morning urine sample.
