Is it possible to get pregnant even if condoms were used?

Dear Ask The Doctor: Lmp is 17th april 2011.had sex with partner by using condom.but before wearing condom he inserted penis in vagina,after 3 to 4 strikes he removed penis and wore condom.after the sex der was no spillage of sperms.but my doubt is is der any chances of getting pregnacy?iam worried,pls reply now...
Yes, there is a fair chance of getting pregnant. Pre-cum still has sperm cells, although not as many compared to cum. Condoms are only ~98% effective in preventing pregnancy. Even if the condom does not break, there is a ~2% (small, but very real) chance of getting pregnant. You may do a home pregnancy test if you have missed your period. Better do this in the morning (first morning urine upon waking up) because the urine will have the highest concentration of detectable hormones during this time.
