This encourages physical exercise, due to the beneficial effects on your cholesterol, blood pressure, weight and as part of a healthier lifestyle. The amount of activity each individual can undertake depends on your previous fitness levels and residual heart function. Most people can resume sexual activity within 3 to 4 weeks.
