Dear Talal: These small white lumps are called pearly penile papules. These papules are like small dome shaped papules that are located on the circumference of the glans penis. You don not have to worry about these papules as they are consider normal and are present in upto 20-40% of uncircumcised males. Penile papules is not a sexualy transimitted infection and requires no therapy. Don't try to pick them because they have nerve endings and can be painful.Though for cosmetic purposes one could remove them by surgery or lasers. Hope the information helps. |
