Burning and pain on ejacualtion

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi hope you can help, i'm a 22 year old man and sometimes get a stinging or burning sensation in my penus after ejaculating? i also get a pain in left side during sex could this be related?

Dear Philip: You may be having a urinary tract infection which may be leading to the stinging sensation. The pain can also be caused due to the infection. I would advice you to get checked by your GP and get some tests done which will tell us more about whats causing this. All the best.
