Dear Ask The Doctor: If you take plan b and then 2 hrs later have sex can you still get preganat?

I understand your doubt about Plan B. After 2 hours of taking the pill, there would be no effect of the pill yet and you could probably increase the chances of pregnancy if a sperm fertilizes an egg. I hope I could clear your doubt, I would suggest you to use barrier methods such as male or female condoms.
