STD through Handjob

Dear Ask The Doctor: I had a hand job from a person, he touched the shaft only and he has touched his penis before touching mine.Is there any chance of getting STD diseases with this action and should i have do some testing after sometime?

Dear Satish: This activity would be considered very low risk. The only reason to be concerned if there was an exchange of bodily fluids. this would occur if his penis had a cut or open wound and your penis had a cut or open wound.

The hand in this case would act as the transferring agent of bodily fluids.

If there was not a cut or open wound on both your genitals, I would advise no further testing.
