Something makes me feel uneasy, what could this be?

Dear Ask The Doctor: Doc. I am a fit 24 yr old who works out about 4 times a day. Recently I had a "a tone" type heart arythmia that scared me. I went to the Hospital and they said my heart, electrolyte, and sodium levels are fine. That gave me peace of mind, but this led me to a weird feeling. I have never had any health issues at all. I am not one to take prescribtion drugs, so I am trying to see whats going on. The past few days I have been feeling really weird. Like my normal daily activities seem to be an issue for me. Driving? I have done it the past 8 years no problem, but for some reason I feel as if its an issue in my mind like I am hesitant about it. Or even walking out to get my mail, something I have done forever makes me un easy. My head doesnt feel right and I dont feel normal. Any suggestions?

Dear Scott: You may have developed some fear or phobia, that makes you feel uncomfortable in all you do. You need to consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist for an assessment of the condition for therapy.
