My lower side and stomach is killing me

The most common presentation is that of vague mid-abdominal pain which then shifts to the right lower abdomen associated with nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and a low-grade fever.There may be instances of similar episodes of pain though not as severe. If you suspect that you may appendicitis you shoud see your physician as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis and have the proper treatment. The best option is always surgical removal of the appendix.
