Dear Ask The Doctor: For about a month I have been having severe pain in my right arm from shoulder to hand and i have knots down my forarm nothing i have tried ice or heat helps Dear Kinda: You have give me very little information about your shoulder pain. There are a lot of structures in the shoulder that can be the source of the pain. Problem with the bones, tendons, muscles and ligaments, all cause pain. You may need to visit family physician for a comple medical and physical examination. He may also advise you an x-ray of the shoulder joint or an MRI. Hope the information helps. |
