Boil on my inner thigh and I think it broke internally

Dear Ask The Doctor: I had a boil on my inner thigh and I think it broke internally. I have no health insurance and cannot afford the er. I have extreme pain my right leg (where the boil was) from the ball of my right foot to the top of my right buttocks. The skin is hot and painful to the touch. I am taking alieve for pain and I had a small amount of cipro and started taking that this morning. The pain is unreal. Please help.

Dear Ashley: Unfortunately this is one of the times where getting some tests done from your doctor may need to be done as sometimes antibiotics are the only way to cure this.
