Strange episodes lossing balance and vision going crazy

Dear Ask The Doctor: I was walking when I lost all my balance and something happened with my vision. I was dizzy and had to stop for a minute to regain stability. About ten minutes later while sitting, it seemed like my eyes lost control just rolled for a second or two. While these two things happened my chest felt pressure and like a sinking feeling. Should I be worried and see a dr asap? Like ER worried or call dr. in the morning?

You have mentioned that at present you are on atenolol, cymbalta and sleeping medications. All these medicines l=may cause dizziness and lightheadedness. I would definitely advise you to see your doctor to rule out any potential heart rhythm disturbances.
