Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi there I like to study most of the time, but unfortunately, there are a lot of noises in the house. I can't concentrate, therefore I'm playing meditation music using headphones. Would the music cause damage to my ears or brain? Dear Mohammad Hossein: You should be fine as long as you dont keep the volume up to high. Hope this helps |
