Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi i am 21 year old i have one lump near the nipple in breast.befofe one month occationlly my husbands elbow stabbed my breast, after 1hr i had a pain and i looked there is a lump inside it.till now it is there and if i press i have a pain otherwise no pain.what can i do for that. Dear Preethi: Breast lump due to trauma is benign and does not need any treatment. The lump will resolve on its own. If you experience pain, then taking and anti-inflammatory/NSAID will help to resolve the symptoms. It is essential to regularly examine your breast and if you notice that the lump is increasing in size or there is a discharge, consult your doctor immediately. |
