Strange bruises on my body.

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have the following attached blood result from lab, it contains some matters with H (high) and L (low) and kindly i wish to know whats the wrong, and risks, also i have done this lab test after some strange bruises appeared on my body, in left armpit,and left shoulder..thanks.
