Dear Ask The Doctor: I play professional basketball and I just used neosporin to treat a wnd I got from cooking. I burned my arm. I used neosporin. Will I test positive on a drug test? Dear Jonathan: Neosporin in a topical antibacterial medication containing bacitracin, neomycin and polymixin B and will not affect a drug test. |
