Dear Ask The Doctor: What is lymphosarcoma of mediastinal glands Dear Jack: Lymphosarcoma of the mediatstinal glands is a malignant condition of the lymph nodes of the mediatinum ie the lymph nodes in the chest. This could be due to a hodgkins or a non hodgkins lymphoma and needs to be evalauted through a biopsy and  treated aggresively either through surgery or chemotherapy. I hope this helps. |
