Dear Ask The Doctor: I have a 22cm pelvic mass and they think it is coming from my ovaries but do not know because because the mass blocks the ultra sound from seeing my ovaries, my pap was normal and so was my ca-125 blood test, my question is does this mean I do not have cancer?
