Dear Min: You need to consume low or no fat dairy products such as skimmed milk, low fat cheese, yogurt, dessert etc. In my opinion as your triglycerides are high and the cholesterol level is borderline high, you need to consult your doctor for medications to keep your cholesterol in control to prevent formation of any blocks and heart complications. Levels of HDL and LDL types of cholesterol is very important to assess your risk for serious complications. High WBC counts indicate presence of some infection in the body. You may discuss with your doctor about the WBC counts and he may order further tests and have a detailed history of your symptoms, to diagnose the site of infection. Cracked heels need proper care and hygeine. Clean thoroughly with water and apply vaseline or over the counter balm for cracked heels and keep them proteced from heat, dust etc.
