Dear Ask The Doctor: My 18 months old son has had diarrhoea and a smelly breath now for 2 days wot could be the cause Dear Anthony: Most loose stool in infants are caused by a viral infection. These usually run its course and no treatment is required if the child is feeding well. However if you notice that your child is dehydrated, irritable, develops a fever, I would then suggest that you take her to a pediatrician. |
