Stomach pain should I see doctor or go to ER

Dear Ask The Doctor: My stomach feels like it's going to explode. The symptoms that I'm having is burning on my left side breast- The pain feels like it is restricting my breathing and them it goes away burning on my left side of back stomach looks like i'm 6 month pregant ( I do not eat alot to gain this look) I have nausea and have been vomiting every month for two weeks. I have had many surgey on my stomach or surgey where Please help

Dear Dana: I would definitely advise that you go to the ER. Your symptoms could be due to an intestinal obstruction caused due to the scarring from the extensive surgery after the crash.
