Blepharoplasty: repair of eyelid folds

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi. I'm a quarter korean and I don't have epicanthic fold!!!. It's weird... I'd like to know if it's possible to create a subtle epicanthic fold if I almost have it... with a rhinoplasty, because after this surgical procedure and a little nose reshaping or flattering,(I have it too pointy, it just doesn't match my facial features) there's left skin excess around eyes. Could that help? I mean, I have read that the epicanthic fold is mainly caused because of the excess of skin, generally caused by a low nose bridge bone. I don't have it that low and I had fatty eyelids, so I had like a medium crease (it covered the upper half of my eye and a little in the inner corner. Whick I think it's called medium fold). But one day I woke up with triple eyelids!!!! And I still have them!! it isn't edema, because i tried everything to avoid inflamed and red eyelids... I'm so confused..!!!! and then I noticed that maybe my nasal bridge bone could be still raising...!!! I mean I'm 18!! It isn't supposed to be still changing!! I'm so upset because I have also noticed that my eyelids are not fatty anymore. It's like if the fat had slimmed or sth like that. Because it looks so weird I have fold my eyelids everyday. please help and sorry for my laaarge comment... thank you I include images of before (2 img) and after (1 image)

I suggest have it checked by an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) or a plastic surgeon and ask about blepharoplasty (repair of eye folds). They will know more about these things and they can tell you if it was a complication of the rhinoplasty or just a benign condition. I do hope this helps and take care always.
