Dear Ask The Doctor: Thank u doctor s I have increase my runing distance from 5 to 8 miles but the last two times I ran I ve notice a rednes in the tip of my nose and when I touch it it stings a bit it does go away in a few hours but Im concern Dear Joe: The symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive of folliculitis of the nose. I would suggest that you do not repeatedly touch the affected area. You can take medication like advil, motrin to reduce the inflammation. This should subside on its own. |
