Painful Bump on Labia Minora

Dear Chelsea: Lumps in the labia could be due to ingrown hairs, sebaceous cysts and bartholin's gland cysts. These do not require any treatment unless they are causing discomfort. I would suggest that you take over the counter pain medication and apply warm compresses to alleviate your symptoms.
