Dear Ask The Doctor: I've gotten these itcy red bumps on my arms, hands legs and ankles that I think are an allergic reaction to new latex rubber gloves. Is it possible for something that I'm allergic to that comes into contact with my hands to only manifest on other parts of my body, like my legs and ankles but not all over?
