Body pains with numbness and fatigue

Dear Jay: It would be important in your case to rule out a Vitamin B deficiency, in the view of the generalized neurological symptoms and fatigue. Also problems with the peripheral nerves of the legs, autiimmune problems (as for example Multiple Sclerosis) and metabolic causes as Thyroid gland issues and Diabetes may produce those symptoms. I recommend you to get a evaluation  by your doctor and once that  the vitamin deficiency is ruled out, proceed  to review some other causes like spinal nerve compressions, peripheral nerve problems ,thyroid problems and Diabetes.
