Left cheek vibrates or tremble.

Dear Ask The Doctor: Helo sir i wana ask that whenever i smile or laugh my left cheek starts vibrating.i am facing this problem for the last 2 years.i can't stop this.instead i've to stop smiling. what should i do now. anxiously waiting for ur reply.
