Dear Tonya: Advair contains fluticasone and salmeterol and is used to prevent asthma attacks. Advair can effect growth in children. Advair may also cause bone/cartilage disorders, bone pain, cramps, fractures and muscle injuries. You may need to consult your doctor if you notice that your child is not growing at a normal rate while using this medication. |
