PCOS - acne and pains related?

I realize your concern about acne and PCOS, Certainly these two are related due the presence of a high concentration of androgens.
The birth control pills should help with your acne; however there are other medications that could be added such as Spironolactone, this medication blocks the effects of androgen in the skin and surely decreases the acne. I would suggest you to evaluate this with your physician. Exercise and a healthy diet would also help. I wish you a prompt recovery.
