Dear Edwina: Although uncertain, marijuana use in most women, may disrupt the normal ovulatory cycle and hormone secretion leading to anovulatory cycles, infertility and PCOS. It is however, recommended to avoid marijuana use if planning to get pregnant or have been diagnosed to have PCOS.
