Stiff neck,Sore throat,Migranes etc.

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello, For the past month i have sore thorat, i get migranes (in front of the head and the back) ,and i have stiff neck or like upper stiffness i also get numbness in my left arm. I wake up in the middle of the night almost every day since this does not let me sleep. I went to general doctor had blood results done but everything came out good (except for vitamin D ). And i am taking vitamins magnesium vitamin d , B6. Thank you for your help. Anna

Dear Anna: Unfortunately nothing to cure the migranes. I would see your doctor again to take a look at your throat. Keep taking the vitamins you are taking and they should help.
