Can u suggest me If I am having tendency to become diabetic?

Dear Ask The Doctor: I am 32 yrs old married woman. Two days back I have done sugar (F) test. The report says 104 mg. Where as the normal reference range is given 40-110. Can u suggest me If I am having tendency to become diabetic?
