Abdominal pain and constipation

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi, I have lower abdominal cramps, severe low back pain,occasional waves of sickness,constipation and dizziness, also i have some clear discharge. i know these can be pregnancy symptoms, however i have taken three tests and they all came back negative.

Dear Tammy: The lower back and abdominal pain could be due to various cause other than pregnancy alone. Menstrual cramps, urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, cystitis and urethritis all can have similar symptoms. If over the counter pain killers are not effective in relieving your symptoms, see your doctor.
