Thick creamy vaginal discharge: Yeast infection

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi my name is Louisa I have got creamy white discharge that when I wash myself out I find It always seems to be there and smells of onion at times or at least that what I think anyway I have been tst for chalmidiya and gonnorhea and I donr have it. I also some get clear stringy discharge occasionally. I also wondered what the cause of my husband pulling out after ejaculation and the sperm of me and drops out onto the floor and what could mean as I am unsure. Louisa

Dear Louisa: You may be having a yeast infection which is common in women and typically presents as a whitish thick discharge. You will need some medication like Canesten which can be applied topically to treat the same.
