Pain on right side

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have this pain on my right side. I went to the er the Dr said it could be my ribs since it hurt when he pressed there. But I feel pain in my stomach when I move and sometimes feel like it twist. The Dr took all kinds of scans and xrays and everything came out normal. So I dont know what could be wrong. It hurts when I am sitting up straight or bending over. Its just constant sharp pain.
