Dear James:There are various treatment options available for Erectile Dysfunction. They are 1) Medication : like Sildenafil (Viagra), Vardenafil 2) Constriction devices (penile tourniquets) 3) Intracavernosal Injections 4) Vacuum devices and 5) Surgical treatment.

I would advise against using any herbal supplements.

You may need to visit your family doctor or a urologist for further testing and advise.  Sometimes testorone levels, thyroid levels and elevated cholesterol levels can play a eolw in ED and once corected, imporve the situation.
