Dear Ask The Doctor: I cant seem to get rid of these 15 pounds I have gained. I just keep rising up and down. Is there a way I can keep the weight off for good?
Dear Randy: Hello Randy the most important thing is to not think of losing weight in terms of dieting. The key is to make a concious lifestyle change where eating healthy and exercising become a regular habit. Pick a schedule which you can maintain and you will be able to keep the weight off.
