Fat pads due to HIV Treatement

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have been HIV positive for several years. As a result of the medication, I have developed fat pads directly above the penile root. How can I get rid of thesse unattrative resevoirs of fat?

Dear Paul: This is a side effect of the medication and unfortunately there is no medical method of getting rid of the same. There can be a surgical intervention to remove this though. All the best.
